Clic Editor
Support
For help or feedback, contact feedback@cliccamera.app.
Include your Clic Editor version, device model and a short description of what happened. You can find the version at the bottom of Settings in Clic Editor. Photos and screenshots are optional; remove private information before sending them.
Save or export failed
Your draft and imported originals remain available. Open the draft and try again, or choose a smaller export size. If saving to Photos is denied, allow Clic Editor to add photos in Settings. An image already generated in the export screen can still be saved to Files or shared.
If device storage is full, free space before retrying. Keep the app installed while recovering your work; removing it removes its local drafts and originals.
Free and subscription output
Basic editing, collage, text, watermarks and local drafts are free. Export Original or Signature as a JPEG up to 2048 pixels on the long edge without a Clic watermark. You can save one photo or one complete collage to Photos, Files or the system share sheet.
A subscription enables export with the six additional Films, larger or custom pixel dimensions, PNG/HEIF and multiple individual photo files at once. All Films can be previewed while editing. If a saved draft uses premium output settings, choose JPEG and up to 2048 px for a free output using Original or Signature. Closing a subscription screen leaves your work intact. Camera photos that retain their imported appearance do not require a second Film purchase.
Restore a subscription
Use the same Apple Account that purchased Clic Editor. In Clic Editor, open Settings, Subscription, then Restore Purchases. A Clic Camera purchase does not provide Clic Editor subscription access.
To manage or cancel an Apple subscription, open Apple's subscription settings. Cancelling renewal keeps access through the paid period. App Store refunds are handled through Apple's refund service.
App language
Clic Editor supports English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese. Open App language in Clic Editor Settings to reach the system app settings. Available language controls depend on the languages configured on your device.
Drafts and original photos
Drafts are stored on your device. Clic Editor keeps copies of imported originals and does not overwrite the source in Photos or Files. There is no Clic account or automatic Clic draft synchronization. Device backups follow your system settings.
Formats
Import JPEG, PNG or HEIF images. The app supports JPEG, PNG and device-supported HEIF output. PNG can preserve transparency. Export availability depends on your selected plan and output settings; the app shows the applicable access requirement.
