Clic Editor
Privacy Policy
Effective October 9, 2026 · MOODOOS LLC
MOODOOS LLC provides Clic Editor. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the iPhone and iPad app or contact us about it.
Photos and editing
Clic Editor processes your photos on your device. We do not receive or upload your photos, photo library, location, drafts, watermarks or editing activity to a Clic server. The app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs and does not require a Clic account.
You choose the photos and files to import. The app may ask for additional Photos access to identify a selected Clic Camera image or read information for selected photos. Saving a finished image to Photos requires your permission. You can change these permissions in iOS or iPadOS Settings.
Imported originals may contain location, capture and other embedded information. Clic Editor retains those originals locally. Exports remove location and capture information by default. If you turn off “Remove metadata,” supported information may be retained in a single-photo export. Image orientation and color information needed to display the image correctly are retained separately.
Local storage and your choices
Drafts, imported originals, watermark presets, settings and generated export files are stored locally. Deleting a draft removes its project file and preview; imported originals and previously generated exports can remain in the app's local storage. Deleting the app removes its local app data. Images you saved to Photos, Files or another destination remain there until you remove them from that destination.
Clic Editor does not synchronize drafts through a Clic service. Device backups, iCloud Photos, and any destination you choose through Files or sharing are governed by your system settings and the destination's policies. A device backup may contain local app data.
Apple purchases
Apple processes App Store purchases and payments. Clic Editor uses StoreKit's verified transaction information to determine subscription access on your device. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles billing, subscription management and App Store refund requests under its own policies.
Website and support
When you visit a Clic support or legal page, hosting and security providers may process standard request information, such as your IP address, browser information and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. You do not need to send an original photo or location information to request help.
We use that information to provide support, operate and protect the website, prevent abuse and comply with law. Where applicable, the legal bases are the service you request, legitimate interests in providing and protecting our services, and legal obligations. Hosting, security and email providers process information as needed for those services. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries using safeguards required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
We keep support messages and website request information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or required by law. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of information we hold, object to its processing, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may verify a request and retain information where law or security requires it.
