Scope
This policy explains how MOODOOS LLC handles information when you use the Clic Camera iPhone app or cliccamera.app. MOODOOS LLC is responsible for the limited information described here.
Clic Camera on your iPhone
Clic Camera processes photo pixels on your iPhone. Camera and Photos access are used only for capture, saving, and the library actions you choose. If you allow Location access, Clic Camera can add location metadata to new photos and use Apple’s services to show a place name. App settings, verified purchase status, and eligibility for included captures remain on your device; that eligibility may remain after reinstall. MOODOOS LLC does not receive your photos, photo library, location, payment-card details, or app-usage data.
Information we receive
Website hosting and security providers may process standard request data, such as an IP address, browser information, and timestamps, to deliver and protect cliccamera.app. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond.
How information is used and shared
We use the limited information above only to provide and protect the site, respond to you, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Where applicable, our legal bases are the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing Clic Camera, and legal obligations. Apple and our hosting, security, and email providers process information only as needed for their services. We require providers acting for us to apply protections consistent with this policy. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries under safeguards required by applicable law. We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for cross-site tracking.
Retention and your choices
We keep website request data and messages only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can change app permissions in iPhone Settings. Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and may complain to your local data-protection authority.
